Neurodiversity

Have you always
felt a bit different?

Maybe you’ve spent years coping, overthinking, burning out, or wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so hard for you.

As part of a neurodiverse family (autism, AuDHD, ADHD), I am familiar with the joys and the challenges of living with neurodiversity. I know what it can be like to grow up without the language for your experience, to question whether you might be neurodivergent, or to receive a diagnosis and feel unsure about what comes next.

You might feel exhausted from masking at work or in social settings. You might struggle with anxiety or emotional overwhelm linked to sensory overload, or from feeling judged or misunderstood.

Whatever is going on for you, I want you to know: you are not the problem. You’re navigating a world that wasn’t built for neurodivergent minds.

I aim to work flexibly, taking time to get to know you and what you might need from therapy. As we build that connection, we can begin to explore some of the more difficult experiences, helping you to understand yourself better and move towards a way of living that works for you.
